Bug Description
libscim8 was renamed to libscim8c2a during the libstdc++ allocator transition. scim-uim needs to be rebuilt to be installable again.

I've prepared the rebuild, built it in pbuilder, installed and tested it.
The input method works fine, however scim-setup segfaults with scim-uim installed. I'll report this separately. It's up to the MOTU who sponsors this rebuild if he/she want to upload this now or wait for a fix for the scim-setup segfault.
