Bug Description
SCIM that comes with breezy is bit of a nightmare. Applications where SCIM gets initialised (leafpad, synaptic, mousepad etc) crash once SCIM is installed.

There is a bug in the particular version of SCIM shipped with Breezy, which is quite outdated. There are several related bugs, but it's been suggested that it might not be fixed until Dapper.
