Bug Description
After updating of udev (076-0ubuntu3), device-mapper complains "unable to find volume group "Ubuntu" at boot time with kernel 2.6.15. There is only "control" in /dev/mapper, no "Ubuntu-root" and "Ubuntu-swap_1" are there.

Now booting is back to normal with udev(076-0ubuntu4) and module-init-tools( 3.2.1-0ubuntu3).
