Bug Description
xfhelp4 shows me a web page with links to documentation, including a link:
file:
for the panel documentation.
This is a 404.
apt-file tells me that xfce4-panel should provide the file:
> $ apt-file search xfce4-panel.htm
> xfce4-panel: usr/share/
> xfce4-panel: usr/share/
> xfce4-panel: usr/share/
but dpkg tells me that it doesn't actually provide it:
> $ dpkg -L xfce4-panel | grep htm
> $
