* Drop V0 to V0 hashing protocol and schema migration functionality:

* Drop MIN_BYTES_FREE from 8 to 4 GB; up MAX_BYTES_FREE from 32 to 64 GB

* Utilize `Request.shift_path()` and `Request.build_proxy_uri()` methods new in Degu 0.15:
