C++/C# Bazaar integration with sources!

I've been working on this for weeks and now it's finally working. You can use this source code to execute Bazaar commands from C/C++ or C# -- support for both is included in a single DLL, with a small Python installer for some additions that work with Bazaar. Full source code is available if you just want to study and use the techniques. Enjoy!
