Release notes 

New Features:
 - Added sphere body functionality
 - Changes to console. console messages are now written to one file per process and can be merged by the python script provided in Tools/MergeLog.
 - Added two parameters to BrittleBeamPrms to suppress bending and torsion in failure criterion.

Bug Fixes:
 - Fixed problem with accidentally changed build directory list in Tools/Makefile.am
 - Fixed bug with MPIVBuffer wherein receiving BCast contained wrong message size.
 - added missing Python wrapper for setParticleNonTranslational

Improvements:
 - Changes to the build system primarily to improve the tests for compatible Boost libraries and Python on systems that have multiple installations of Boost and Python.
