This is true of all of the command line utilities and cron jobs, too. We've made no attempt to allow for translation in these programs, either. That may be a different bug from this one, since this is specifically about the reporter. I just want to mention that if we're going to add multilingual support to Clark, then we should do so for the other utilities as well.
