Comment 3 for bug 1183226

I'm removing the pullrequest tag for now since this branch needs to be rebased. According to discussion in IRC this morning, somebody with a good understanding of query parser will need to rebase the branch. We have somebody who is willing to test this branch, so it would be great if somebody could help get this branch back in order.
