Actually, I should add that I only appear to be getting no image at all for items without an ISBN or UPC. That is, they have neither. If they have one or the other, I do get an image, even the "No Image" image.

Some ISBN data as commonly found in MARC can cause problems for Business::ISBN. I think this other bug referring to Syndetics might also apply in this case:
