Comment 22 for bug 1424815

I've pushed a further commit that takes a cue from previous attempts at this card, implementing config.tt2 variables previously considered to better manage truncation lengths. A macro has been created to truncate fields as well, which is utilized for the fields shown in Record Details. I haven't applied these changes to fields under subjects.tt2, series.tt2, or extras.tt2 as their contents don't appear to get particularly large, or are toggled as hidden by default already.
