A quick note that I just force-pushed a small (but fundamental) change to my branch. Previously, pull-requests were not listed as an event that triggers the docs build, which defeats the whole point of the ticket.

Now, pull-requests are listed as an event that triggers a docs build.

I should also mention: I have this enabled in a branch on my fork of Github. So, you can also feel free to make pull requests against the build-docs-in-github-actions branch in the sandbergja/Evergreen repo to kick the tires of this.
