This actually doesn't require any changes in Evergreen, so I've opened a SIPServer specific bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/sipserver/+bug/1989481

However, for SIP2Mediator support, I suggest we keep this bug open for that.

So to put in English, the SIP Filters branch needs to be merged into the SIPServer project, and my SIP Filters branch for Evergreen needs to be merged with Bill's SIP2Mediator branch, and that branch needs to be merged into Evergreen. So, no pullrequest yet. :D
