Before "claiming" that someones work is incorrect please mark sure your own is correct first. The fact that you still have ".ps" should have been your first clue as the patch that was committed would have at a minimum change that to ".pdf"

Please try rebuilding after running a 'make clean' and make sure all other instances of Thunderbird are closed before running your new build.
