Comment 1 for bug 1430376

It has been introduced in I1bab9c03c7c65004350325c1c09cfc4c74c5b287 as partial fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1411156. I don't think it's wrong by any means (except wasn't complete fix).
