0.39 and 1.1.1 of Gearman Released

Written for Gearman by Brian Aker on 2012-09-20

Added gearman_job_error() interface. gearman_client_errno() and gearman_worker_errno() now return EINVAL if client or worker is invalid. Fixed crashing bug on shutdown. 0.39 is the stable release, 1.1.1 is the new ABI abstraction release.
