Moving the bug to the gnome-control-center-signon project, which is the one used to create accounts in Unity 7.
However, I'm also closing the bug, because -- being a gtk project -- we won't add the ability to run the QML files provided by the account plugins, which is the code to get the display name.

A possibile fix for this bug is having the evernote account plugin ship a configuration file for signon-ui, containing CSS3 selectors to extract the username from the web page.
Look at /etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/ for examples.
