Release notes 

This release of gpp4 incorporates patches from the CCP4 library 6.1.2, and features the Fortran API needed for CCP4 compatible Fortran programs. Version 1.2 of gpp4 allows building of REFMAC and MOSFLM without download of the CCP4 suite.
