*i_uid_read, i_uid_write, i_gid_read and i_gid_write #defined on old systems that don't have them
*twidled version triggers to backport new functionallity where posiable.
*vm_trucate no longer called on any kernel was deprated as of 3.0 no longer part of abi on newest kernels. Module already does not support pre 3.0 kernels.
