This release includes:
- a completed votes system, where secret votes are possible;
- delayed items are now cloned and linked together;
- management of MeetingUsers is finalized, and allows to define meeting- and item-wide signatories and absents/presents.
- annexes additions and removals can be recorded in an item's history;
- one may enable full-text search in annexes uploaded in PDF or Word format;
- an experimental integration of OCR engine Tesseract allows to trigger OCR on scanned PDF or TIFF images;
- inactive buttons can, in some situations, give explanations about why a transition can't be triggered;
- and many minor enhancements and bugfixes.
