Comment 73 for bug 1389723

I do this patch. Finaly I ignore the DPI switcher extension by a viewbox based solution.
The Extension is not working ok, anyway I comment code to run the extension if we want this solution, I only need to un-comment and fix the extension.

The text showing need to be fixed and maybe Im wrong at the detection on what need to be switched

There is also a problem with imported documents, they need a DPY switch? If yes the viewbox alternative is not a solution and we need to maybe go to a fixed DPISwitcher extension.
