Comment 47 for bug 453931

Hi, guys,
I can herewith confrom the above said: on Win7 64bit a restart will do (latest build 048.2). Funny though: yesterday evening I installed the latest build on my notebook and it would start IS without any trouble after installation, no need to reboot - same OS, different computer. Funny, hm?
