I’m currently having the same problem with Inkscape 0.47 and Windows 7 x64, it used to work just a few days ago.

Trying to open an svg file with inkview gives the same error.

inkscapec.exe gives no output to the console, the 0xc0000005 window pops up.
Any idea what else I could try to identify the problem while I have it? I’ll try not to reboot in the next days just in case.
