Hi Wang, It makes sense, but we have to think about doing it more smartly. We can't set these values to hardcoded, since as you said, it'll affect all machines. I'll talk more with the developer, but I think we'll wind up adding a new enviroment variable for this class of haswell devices that will behave differently.
