Release notes 

GUI improved, ask when you are trying to overwrite a file being received, history window refreshed, fixed some OBEX transmission bugs and made debug informations more ordinated.

Added French, Hebrew, Russian and Spanish translations. Updated the others.

TO INSTALL:

 * Refreshed history window
 * Ask when you are trying to overwrite a file being received
 * Display "phone" icon in the notifications
 * Better notifications on device discovered and disappeared
 * Build system cleaned

Bugs fixed

 * Delete incomplete file if the reception fails
 * The sending fails properly (and notes) if the remote device cancels reception.
 * Do not overwrite files already exist (ask before) (bug #276461)
 * Fixed a boring bug in sending. Cancellations blocking the application (bug #270707)
 * History log not editable from the window
