Comment 3 for bug 2039199

There are some new failures in RT selftests unknown to me. Also qrt_kernel_security and qrt_apparmor. However this is a new kernel series and I do not have history, yet. Also the same pattern was accepted for the main distro kernel. Overall this update contains only a few security fixes which should not have much affect on tests. So I would assume this is still a hinting/baseline setting effort and the kernel is passing RT.
