Boot failures on s390x machines are to be expected since we cannot install the security cycle kernel version that are superseded by the simultaneously prepared and uploaded packages for the next SRU cycle.

Boot failure on kernel-P10d-LPAR08 is not a regression, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/2031384

Boot failure due to kernel warning 'WARNING: CPU: 13 PID: 3042 at kernel/dma/direct.c:35 report_addr+0x37/0x60' on gcp instance n2d-standard-64 has been observed before and is not a regression (potentially related: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-kernel-tests/+bug/1983098)

Consequently, I will tag this kernel as boot-testing-passed.
