Release notes 

This is a major rewrite of kFlickr to take full advantage of what is available with Qt4 and KDE4 as well as move from automake to cmake. The port is not complete but the majority of the functionality that was available in 0.9.1 is available in this release. The purpose of the release is mainly to get something for KDE4 that is more usable then the 0.9.1 release as well as to begin to get translations for new strings done.
