Comment 7 for bug 1872205

Kolla has a line in globals.yml that says:

designate_coordination_backend: "{{ 'redis' if enable_redis|bool else 'etcd' if enable_etcd|bool else '' }}"

It seems i had etcd also enabled and redis disabled. Still if so, they will need to update this line.
