Regenerated debian/ files with newer versions of Quickly and python-distutils-extra to fix packaging issues caused by python-distutils-extra bug lp:#1025491 and quickly bug lp:#1020502
Add quit menuitem, change close to only (visibly) close out of the current project and switch to the main tab
kwikly.svg icon was not showing in menus. Re-generated kwikly.svg from the original artwork in packages.svg (from gnome-icon-themes, LGPLv3)
Change dependancy on quickly (>=12.04-0ubuntu3) to a Recommends on quickly-ubuntu-template (>=12.04-0ubuntu3) (Specify what we really mean)
Collapse/Remove wasteful and unuseful debian/changelog entries: These were auto-generated when learning how to use quickly
Add packaging dependency on quickly (>=12.04-0ubuntu3) - Add code to detect if quickly-ubuntu-templates is older to avoid a packaging bug with gconf-compile-schemas
