Comment 2 for bug 120276

We won't implement the bug auto commenting aspect of this - one of the major complaints we get about Launchpad is that it sends too much mail, and simply asking for comments on a bug that isn't getting attention won't get it fixed - it usually upsets the bug filer and community.

As for a callback on bugs that haven't been touched in N months, I'm pretty sure a small launchpadlib script could do that as a desktop widget for you; we could do something in the web ui I guess - marking this as low priority.
