My fix for bug #728220 should eliminate all BinaryPackageFile and all but ~9 of the LibraryFileAlias queries.

The 148 BinaryPackagePublishingHistory selects and inserts will be in PublishingSet.publishBinary.

DistroArchSeries queries will be partly copyBinariesTo, partly publishBinary, and partly getBuildByArch (inside createMissingBuilds).
