This kind of thing already exists on +filebug: if you find a suggested
duplicate bug that matches you get a "Yes, this is the bug I'm trying
to report" button which pops up an option to mark yourself as affected
with option of also subscribing.
But I agree, having, say, an extra option when marking yourself as
affected would make sense:
Does this bug affect you?
[ Yes, it affects me ]
[ Yes, and subscribe me to the bug ]
[ Not, it doesn't affect me ]
