How to mark a bug as not a duplicate?

A bug I submitted (bug 103204) was marked as a duplicate of a completely unrelated bug (bug 75574). Is there anything I can do to remove the duplicate status?

Use the "mark as duplicate" form, and clear the bug number there.

In a way, that's marking the bug as duplicate of nothing, but you have to think as a programmer to see that. There should probably be a bug about this not being discoverable enough.
