Release notes 

This release fixes a couple of marshaling bugs related to device names and the underlying libfreespace version. It also fixes a bug related to the deltaX/deltaY values of certain messages like BodyFrame.
Overall, the API has not changed aside from the deltaX/deltaY fields changing from short to sbyte.
