Lomse library version 0.16.1 released

Written for Lomse project by Cecilio Salmeron on 2015-09-07

Development continues. Mainly changes for supporting document edition, changes for using SMuFL compliant music fonts and changes for supporting more music notation elements. Some bug fixes. A few backwards incompatible changes, that will require a couple of fixes in existing code using this library. Download latest packages from Lomse PPA.
