Luminoso 1.0.1 release

The Commonsense Computing group is pleased to announce the release of Luminoso version 1.0.1. The bug fixes and other improvements in this release should make Luminoso more stable and usable.

New features:
* Added documentation (in the "doc" directory)
* Add an example of how to use star ratings (in ThaiFoodStudy)
* Mac users no longer need a two-button mouse to pan the view; instead of dragging with the right button, you can now hold down the Control key.
* Improved startup performance
Bug fixes:
* Fixed packaging errors that previously caused certain functionality to not work under certain circumstances.
* Fix crashes that could occur if non-text files were present in the study. ("The .DS_Store bug")
* Fix setting the projection from the drop-down list.
