On Windows: download the .zip file, unzip it, and run "run_luminoso.exe" from inside the luminoso directory.

On Mac or Linux: download the source distribution and run "python/run_luminoso.py". You can install it if you want, in which case you could just run "run_luminoso.py" at the command line, but you don't gain much by doing this.
