Bug Summary:
I require a step definition to make an assertion of text in a specific field - The problem is that while inspecting the code, there is no text in the field, even though the field clearly displays text

Preconditions: - There is a Framework that is not active

Steps to recreate
1) Browse to /module/framework/frameworks.php?upload=1
2) select Title of your framework from the "Edit saved framework"
3) Assert that the same title "Edit saved framework" is in the Name filed further down the page
