Bug Description
MOTU would like to use LP for new package requests. We were going to open a new product but kiko said that filing a bug against ubuntu would be better and then track them with tags. However, this does add a big complication that users have to know the right tag to use and need to learn/remember to set the tag. Most of the new package requests are "drive-bys" and are not generally from experienced LP users.
My request is that it would be possible to set the tag via URL as in +filebug?
I'm not sure if this is related to Bug #54359 or not but the main issue is getting down to 1 URL that we can give people to file a new package request. As we would really like to get this operational soon it would be great to get feedback on feasability.

Bjorn, could this be done as a fix-it-friday bug?
Perhaps this should be something like: +filebug- advanced? field.tag= foo instead of a parameter of the normal +filebug form.
