Mars doesn't build on Mercury 11.07

We are aware that Mars will not build on the latest beta of Mercury (11.07), due to backwards-incompatible changes to the Mercury library. This will be addressed in a future release of Mars. Building Mars 0.3.1 or earlier will require Mercury 11.01 or earlier. Please let me know if you need to run Mars on the latest Mercury, and I will release a version 0.3.2 that supports it.
