Work started on a pre-packaged Alpha version

Written for Memcached Manager by Nikoleta Verbeck on 2009-02-11

I am starting some work on creating some DEB/Tar/wsi installable downloads for those that do not wish to do a Checkout from SVN. These will be Alpha state apps and some parts may not be finished. However if you find a bug please report it.
