Reorganized PPA

All versions of Métamorphose, for all available Ubuntu distributions, are now in the same PPA :

https://launchpad.net/~ianare/+archive/ppa

All other PPAs have been deleted, please make any required changes.
Sorry for the inconvenience; in the long run this will make it easier for everyone.
