MadGraph5_aMC@NLO version 3 in beta

The first version of the 3.Y series has been released today, in a beta format. This is the first MadGraph5_aMC@NLO code able to
deal with mixed-coupling expansions. In particular, this allows one to carry out QCD+EW NLO computations in the SM. This version
is restricted to fixed-order calculations.
