Release notes

* `microfiber.Context` now uses a pre-built `env['authorization']` value for the HTTP Authorization header when present (which is provided by UserCouch 16.05)

* `microfiber.Context` now uses the `degu.client.Client` *authorization* option (new in Degu 0.16), which makes it more efficient to set an HTTP Authorization header in each request

* `microfiber.Context` now uses `degu.client.Client.set_base_header()` (new in Degu 0.16) to more efficiently set the HTTP User-Agent header in each request

* `microfiber.Context` now offers experimental `env['no_host']=True`, `env['no_user_agent']=True` options to disable sending the HTTP Host header and the HTTP User-Agent header, respectively; when sending small requests, especially over SSL, there can be a significant performance improvement in not sending these headers, assuming they aren't needed; note that the HTTP Host header is technically required by the HTTP/1.1 spec and is likewise required by many HTTP servers (for example, Apache2); however, neither CouchDB nor the Degu server require the HTTP Host header

For details on the changes is Degu 0.16 and UserCouch 16.05, please see:
