MySQL Sandbox 3.0 now feature complete

MySQL Sandbox is almost ready for the next release. All the features scheduled for version 3.0 have been implemented, and a new test suite, which covers all the new features, has been deployed.
The new features include: installing from a source directory, the sbtool for administrative tasks, improved documentation, checking ports before installing, and a test suite strong of 125 tests.
