Comment 31 for bug 1250168

So I think this bug may actually be fixed, there is only one case of this happening in the gate, http://logs.openstack.org/28/61028/3/gate/gate-tempest-dsvm-neutron-large-ops/531c143/ and that doesn't appear to be caused by a timeout. There is some bug in that run but its unclear what it is.
