This is intermittent and for some patches alone.

For the same patch this test had passes once but that time the run failed with Bug #1521815. Again when I restarted the run, it succeeded for tests mentioned in Bug #1521815, but failed with test_restart_l3_agent_on_sighup().

Somehow as per comments in both bug reports, these are not reproduced locally.
