@Matt: yes, I think that there is some issue in pyroute2 library when it's working in multithreading environment. And oslo.privsep 1.31.0 which was bumped on 9.01 has such new feature. So IMO this update of oslo.privsep was somehow trigger of issue which we wasn't aware before.
@Miguel:
Yes, I saw that issue also in DHCP client's logs. Basically DHCP agent is using same ip_lib module to do some operations in namespaces and that's why it happens also there.
