Comment 1 for bug 945263

thanks anotherjesse. we were actually planning on adding one, and even collected the names + emails, but then monty said that they were planning on doing away with the others file and generating things automatically using git logs in the future, so we didn't add it. I'm happy to do either, just need consistent direction :)
